Use of Our App

When using our mobile App, we may collect and use your location information in order to provide certain functionality, such as the ability to verify the collection and authenticity of data. Our App may also use sensors in your phone to provide additional functionality, such as GPS or light sensors. Findyr may use personally identifying location or phone sensor information from the App to support its services but we will not provide such information to third parties in such a way as might personally identify the current location of a user. For example, we may obtain your location coordinates in order to verify the location of a photo that you have taken with the mobile App and the location of this photo will be provided to a customer, however, we will not identify you as an individual at that location at that time. As part of submitted information, we may provide your personal information and location, however this information would only be provided as a submission that a user specifically consented to and accepted to submit. Aggregate and non-uniquely identifying information may be provided as part of products to clients. If you do not wish to share your information from the App, simply turn off the App or delete the App from your phone.
